FACILITIES
ALO owns the necessary field, lab, computer, and telecommunications equipment & facilities to complete field surveys, inventories, evaluations, nominations, and reporting. Project-specific equipment & supplies are purchased or rented as needed.
INSTITUTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
* University of Minnesota’s Limnological Research Center (LRC) for buoyant sampling platforms, aquatic-sediment and water sampling equipment, and state-of-the-art laboratory for sediment, water, and isotope analyses.

* Braun Intertec Corporation for its research-grade environmental laboratory with a variety of microscopy and elemental-analysis capabilities (SEM & TEM, X-ray, spectroscopy, etc.) and variety of manual soil boring and truck-mounted drill-rig capabilities for continuous, terrestrial sediment samples.

ALO Environmental Associates LLC is registered in the federal Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Small Business Administration's (SBA) SUB-NET as a woman-owned, small business.
Dr. Ollendorf also is an on-call employee of an 8(a) Disadvantaged (Native American) business. She is available for teaming opportunities in this capacity.
ALO is listed as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) in the Central Certification (CERT) program for St. Paul, Minneapolis, Ramsey County, and Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Pending application: In 2006, ALO will submit application materials to the Small Business Procurement Program of the State of Minnesota.
